  • Consultation fees range from $85 for a standard consultation to $140 for an extended consultation. Prices are based on the type of appointment and the appointment duration.

  • Yes! All of our services are claimable through HICAPS, our on-site electronic health claims system. Simply bring your private health fund card along with you to your appointment to claim your rebate automatically on the spot. Depending on your level of cover, this rebate can range from between a rebate of $20 to up to the full cost of the consultation!

  • Non-bulk billed consultations:

    Initial consultations are 45 minutes in length with Follow up sessions being 30 minutes.

    For those who require more time to attend to multiple, more complex injuries we generally recommend booking an extended consultation to allow adequate time for further questions, tests, treatment and guidance with treatment planning and exercise prescription.

    Bulk billed consultations:

    Bulk billed consultations covered by medicare are 20-30 minutes in duration. (please refer to our practitioners bulk billing criteria)

  • No. As a private paying patient you can see any of our health providers without a referral from your GP or specialist. However, if you intend to claim a rebate under a Medicare EPC plan, Workcover / CTP insurance claim, DVA or NDIS funding, we require the appropriate documentation.

  • Yes, we accept Medicare EPC plans issued by your doctor for physiotherapy. Rebates under EPC are claimable on the spot.

    Please note that we do bulk billing only on weekdays before 4PM. A gap fee of $27 will apply if you book an appointment after 4PM on weekdays or on Saturdays.

  • Yes. All our practitioners are registered under SIRA and are certified allied health professionals qualified to treat under the NSW workers compensation system. All you need to do is notify reception when making an appointment and provide them with your most recent Workcover Certificate, an active claim number and case manager details.

  • Bring any relevant documents, referral letters, radiology reports, scans and footwear that might assist with understanding your injury better.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing to your appointment so we can best assess your movements and access the injured area for treatment. Towels are provided for appropriate draping if required.

  • If you are suffering from pain or are unsure of your injury, we recommend seeing our physiotherapist for an initial consultation. Our physiotherapists are committed to obtain a comprehensive understanding of your goals and assess your injury to provide an accurate diagnosis, prognosis and treatment plan for your journey to full health and wellbeing.

  • Yes, we have free onsite parking and wheelchair access for our patients.

    Upon arrival, please feel free to use the driveway to enter our car pack behind the practice.

    Alternatively, there is plenty of street parking nearby the clinic.

    1. Click on any of the booking buttons which will redirect you to our online booking system.

    2. Select the Physio solutions Merrylands location and select your preferred practitioner.

    3. Choose your Appointment type:

      Initial Consultation: For new patients with a new Injury

      Follow Up Consults: For existing patients returning with the same injury.

      Extended Consultation: For those with complex or chronic conditions affecting more than 1 area.

    4. Choose your preferred date and time for your appointment.

    5. Enter your details which includes your; Name, D.O.B, Mobile number and email address then click next.

    6. Add any details of your injury in the booking notes.

    7. Read through the Terms and Conditions and check the acknowledgment box to agree.

    8. After clicking the finalise button, a pop up will appear to confirm the booking details. Click the ‘book’ button to confirm.

    9. You should receive a confirmation SMS message and email with the time and date of your booking.

    In the situation you where you did not receive a SMS & email confirmation, are unable to book online or would like to reschedule your booking, please give us a call on 0411 658 639.
